Isaac Carilo The 48th Lorne Conference on Protein Structure and Function 2023

Isaac Carilo

I am a final year Ph.D. student affiliated with the Laboratory of Evolution and Structural Biology, Research Institute for Interdisciplinary Science (RIIS), Okayama University, Okayama, Japan. I belong to Prof Robinson's research group (BR Lab). Unraveling the mystery surrounding the evolutionary origin of eukaryotes from the structural biology approach is an amazing adventure worth undertaking for me. I find this research area very fascinating since it provides a unique perspective to understand the evolution of life at the structural level. In my leisure time, I like watching and playing soccer.
